Summary: As a Mobilization Representative, you will work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. You will execute and track issue identification and resolution, and maintain customer relationships of identified work streams. Additionally, you will participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in solution realization and service transition activities. - Execute and track issue identification and resolution. - Maintain customer relationships of identified work streams. - Participate in solution architecture planning activities. - Ensure smooth transition of work to begin outsourcing engagement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition. - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Experience in executing service transition activities. - Knowledge of solution architecture planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Transition. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
