Project Role Description : Support solution architecture planning and service transition activities to begin a managed services engagement. Track issue identification and resolution to deliver managed service engagements.

Summary: As a Mobilization Representative, you will work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. You will execute and track issue identification and resolution, and maintain customer relationships of identified work streams. Additionally, you will participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Contribute specialized knowledge and experience during solution realization and service transition activities - Execute and track issue identification and resolution - Maintain customer relationships of identified work streams Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solution Planning Costing & Pricing - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies - Experience in executing service transition activities - Knowledge of solution architecture planning - Ability to identify and resolve issues - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Effective communication and collaboration abilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Transition - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office - A 15 years full time education is required
