We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in the dynamic trucking and logistics industry. The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our information systems to enhance operational efficiency, streamline logistics processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to trucking and logistics operations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems.
- System Integration: Develop, implement, and maintain systems to integrate various logistics functions, including fleet management, route optimization, and shipment tracking.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and other critical data points. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Software Management: Manage and troubleshoot software applications used in logistics operations. Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for updates, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations. Support the development of new tools and solutions as needed.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy. Implement best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
- User Support & Training: Provide support and training to end-users on information systems and software applications. Address and resolve system-related issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, procedures, and configurations. Ensure proper documentation for troubleshooting and future reference.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an MIS role, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management and PCS.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and fleet management software.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
