About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel and demonstrate experience in managing and analyzing data to support SOF's mission.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel and demonstrate experience in managing and analyzing data to support SOF's mission.
Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources, including Olympiad registrations, results, and student performance.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to support decision-making processes across different departments.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all Olympiads.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks and validation procedures.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights into student performance, program effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Provide support to other departments, such as marketing and operations, in data analysis and reporting.
- Automate reports and processes using advanced Excel features, including VBA, macros, and pivot tables, to enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an MIS role, preferably in the education sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, macros, and pivot tables, is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Pay: ₹10,928.02 - ₹30,000.00 per month
