Scope of Role
•Work Location – Onsite / Offshore •Reporting to – Program Manager Baseline Responsibilities •Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates detailed phases of engineering work in mechanical discipline related to Sanitary, Drinking Water , Rain Water & Waste Water •Communicates technical issues and recommends solutions to Supervisor and/or project management. •Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators) •Conducts reviews of vendor drawings, calculations and other documentation. •Works on conceptual studies, designs, reports, or proposals. •Prepares cost estimates, quantity take-offs and staffing requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders. •Coordinates and interfaces as directed with the day-to-day technical work of discipline engineers, specialists and designers. Qualifications / Skill •BS degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 3 (three) years of Wet systems experience •Knowledge of equipment packages such as Chilled water systems comprising chillers with VFD, chilled water pumps, chilled water expansion tanks; Water treatment packages; Condenser / Cooling Tower systems comprising condenser water pumps, sand filter skids and filter pumps; Heating water systems comprising hot water boiler and pumps; and other types of skid mounted pump and tank packages. •Good working knowledge of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel codes, Section IV - Rules for Construction of Heating Boilers, Section VIII - Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels, ASME B31.3 Process Piping, API 617 Process Centrifugal Compressors, API 610 Centrifugal Pumps, API 660 Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, API 661 Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, API 650 Storage Tanks, AWWA Water Tanks and NFPA •Knowledge of systems, calculations, equipment, applications of methods, plant layout, materials, and computers for preparation of analyses and development of project deliverables within the discipline. •3D and 2D Cad experience , Use of engineering production software including Auto CAD, Revit, MS Office, Carrier HAP A professional license in an appropriate engineering or scientific discipline, from a recognized licensing board preferred. Experience with field installation / commissioning activities for Wet systems Experience in supporting project reviews and closure of associated actions: PFDs, P&IDs, HAZi Ds, JHAs, ENVIDs, HAZOPs and 3D model reviews Prior experience in planning and executing greenfield or brownfield projects in one or more of the following market segments: Semiconductor, Electric Vehicle, Battery, or Data Center. Mechanical Wet (Heating & Cooling):Scope of Role Baseline Responsibilities

Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators)
Conducts reviews of vendor drawings, calculations and other documentation.
Works on conceptual studies, designs, reports, or proposals.
Prepares cost estimates, quantity take-offs and staffing requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders.
Coordinates and interfaces as directed with the day-to-day technical work of discipline engineers, specialists and designers.
Qualifications / Skill
BS degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 3 (three) years of HVAC systems experience
Development of final design documents including specification, sequences of operation the piping layout and final construction documents associated with these systems
Performs site surveys of existing facilities for as-build generation, rehabilitation designs, and for construction support of new facilities
HVAC load calculations , System and equipment selection ,Equipment specification and procurement
Create control systems sequence of operations and points lists
Perform building heating/cooling load calculations, size and select equipment, design HVAC systems (hydronic and air side), create building automation control diagrams, prepare sequence of operations, write specifications
Use of engineering production software including Auto CAD, Revit, MS Office, Carrier HAP
Field experience – gathering information, evaluating existing equipment, and troubleshooting systems
3D and 2D Cad experience
Plumbing & fire protection design knowledge
ASHRAE association or similar preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construction of industrial projects, preferred design experience according to UK or USA codes and standards
