- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Promote and sell orthopedic implants and surgical/disposable items to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay updated on product specifications, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of product information to customers.
- **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales plans and strategies.
- **Compliance and Ethics:**
- Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory guidelines.
#### **Qualifications and Skills:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in orthopedic implants or surgical/disposable items.
- **Skills:**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
