Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital staff, guiding them through the processes.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and patient information in the hospital management system.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient hospital operations.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and provide basic information about the hospital’s services.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication.
- Personality Traits: Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software (training will be provided if required).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
