This role involves identifying potential clients, promoting the hospital’s services, and closing sales to meet the hospital’s financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Understand the hospital’s services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues that arise.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback for management review.
Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of hospital services and the healthcare market.
