Role & Responsibility
– Responsible for handling complete recruitment cycle of Field Executives
– Ability to manage 2 -3 requirements a day.
– Responsible for achieving a good conversion submittal into an interview.
– Recruiters responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and proving a shortlist of qualified candidates.
– Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.
– Shortlisting resumes based on several factors such as skills, locations, experience, previous employers etc.
– Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
– Finalizing the interview schedule and making the interviewers available for taking the interview.
– Job Postings in job portals.
– Assist HR Head in day to day activities.
– Following up with candidates for pre offer documents.
– Prepare HR dashboards and MIS.
Requirements and skills
– Good Communication skills
– Hand-on experience with MS Office
– Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
– Organizational skills
– Full time (in-office) internship
