*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing business-to-business partnerships that enhance our offerings and expand our reach. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship building.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify potential B2B partners and opportunities for collaboration.
- Conduct outreach to businesses to present Skill Circle’s offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners.
- Represent Skill Circle at industry events and networking functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and partner needs.
*Qualifications:*
- 0 to 6 months of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and data science concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
