Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our automatic chain assembly line and cutter sharpening machines. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Efficiently operate the automatic chain assembly line, ensuring all processes are executed smoothly and within production targets.
- Cutter Sharpening: Operate and maintain cutter sharpening machines, ensuring all tools are sharpened to specifications and ready for production.
- Quality Control: Monitor production output and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered during operation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and address any operational challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation preferred.
- Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in an assembly line or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [40 kg].
