Logistics Trainer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, and will be responsible for training and developing employees in various logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on logistics and supply chain management principles.
Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and current.
Collaborate with management to identify key areas for training and development.
Maintain training records and provide feedback on employee performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain training, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
