Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics operations. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments for timely delivery.
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
- Optimize routes and manage inventory levels.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics processes.
- High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
