Logistic Operation Executive
Company Introduction:

Roles & Responsibility:-
The Logistic Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the supply chain, from transportation to warehousing and inventory management. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods, while maintaining accuracy and optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: * Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability without overstocking.
* Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
* Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
2. Warehouse Operations:* Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
* Ensure proper storage practices to maintain product quality and safety.
* Implement and monitor KPIs related to warehouse performance.
3. Order Processing:* Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
* Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transportation teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
4. Vendor and Supplier Management:* Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
* Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality.
5. Documentation and Compliance:* Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics operations.
* Prepare reports and analyses for management review.
6.Transportation Management:* Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
* Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
* Optimize routes, manage driver schedules, and reduce transportation costs.
* Resolve any transportation issues that may arise promptly.
7. Process Improvement:* Identify areas for process improvement within logistics operations.
* Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
