As the Global Curriculum Owner, you will be responsible for developing and managing the curriculum for our organization on a global scale. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs, design effective learning programs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum plans for various job roles and functions
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
- Implement effective instructional design strategies to enhance learning outcomes
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of training materials
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent delivery of training programs
- Monitor and analyze training metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
