Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and reports.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and document development.
• Manage and maintain legal documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and other stakeholders to ensure proper paperwork and documentation are completed and submitted on time.
• Provide administrative support to senior attorneys in legal cases, hearings, and other related activities.
• Participate in meetings, legal briefings, and discussions to gain exposure to various legal proceedings.
• Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for all legal documents and records.
• Ensure confidentiality of all legal files, documents, and client information.

Qualifications:

• Education: LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• License: Recently acquired legal paperwork license (essential).
• Basic understanding of legal principles, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship or exposure to legal paperwork, contracts, and documentation processes (even as an intern or volunteer).
• Strong interest in corporate, civil, or criminal law (based on the firm's focus).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal software and case management systems.
