Jr Sous Chef / Sr CDP - Multicuisine / Continental background (with Interpersonal & communications must be excellent) (Pls note a food trail will be mandatory part of interview)
JD - Will be responsible to efficiently running of the system / department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
This position will be responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
Eligibility BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or HM *Worked for 2-3 years AS a Sr CDP / Jr Sous Chef / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand Hotel/Restaurant Communication must be excellent, with guest handling, conversation if required, Innovative, menu planning & overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
