Day to day accounting and book keeping using Tally ERP 9. (Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders, Purchase Entry, BRS, Journal, Receipts, Payment, Debit & Credit Notes).
Preparation of balance sheets and other financial documents in collaboration with our Manager.
Maintaining Fixed Assets Register for office assets and equipment.
Documentation & Filing, Follow ups on Mails, Co-ordination with the client’s.
Prepare MIS reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) as per the requirement from the management.
Supervising Income Tax matters of the company.
Filing of GST Returns ( GSTR1 and GST3B Filing).
Payroll Management for employees and staff of the company
Handling all the functions related to bank, record all Vouchers as per Accounts Charts.
Computation/Coordination for service tax and TDS returns.
Make timely payment of all accounts including supplier invoices, re-imbursement to staff, bank transfers, payroll liabilities and acquittals of corporate credit card usage, in line with Bush Heritage policies, procedures and authorizations
Monthly Bill payments for services such as mobiles, landlines and lease lines etc
Qualifications
Master Of Business Administration in Finance.
2 years of Experience in Accounts & Auditing
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
