Assisting to Director in terms of organizing meetings, maintaining calendar, preparing reports and coordinating projects related affairs
Handing Office Administrative functions, including office petty cash, stationary, and maintenance & repairs of office equipment & other provisions
Maintaining and handling documentation
Assisting to arrange interviews and recruitment process
Conducting comprehensive Induction program
Identifying and negotiating with protentional manpower suppliers
Assisting to organize local and foreign travels and other visa related matters
Assisting to maintain QA/QC procedures as advised by QAD department
Liaising with related parties for the implementation & maintenance of ISO Standard
Liaising with banks in coordination with Finance department
Providing details for preparation of GST, TDS reports
Coordinating with customers & suppliers as advised by the finance department
Coordinating with local suppliers, service providers, logistics companies and customs as advised by the procurement and logistics department
Liaising with regulatory bodies for registration, obtaining approvals, licences and exchanging information as advised by the management
Minimum Requirements
Class 12 Board exam or equivalent and/or Full or partial Professional Qualifications in the field/s of Business Administration / Finance / Human Resources / Logistics.
Miminum of 01 Year Experince
Good Communication both verbal & written skills in English
Ability to identify jobs/task on priority basis
Need to have good interpersonal skills.
