Junior desktop support
We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to maintain and administer our computer networks. You'll handle network hardware, software, disaster recovery, and security measures, troubleshoot system problems, and ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:
Salary: Up to 2.0 LPA
Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Work from Office)
Openings: 10
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Shift:
- Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, and software
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Implement network security and resolve system issues
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty network hardware components
- Monitor network performance and configure virus protection software
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
- Ability to troubleshoot and administer network devices (WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches)
- Knowledge of network infrastructure protocols
Salary: Up to 2.0 LPA
