Junior Architect We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in the field, looking to develop their skills and contribute to exciting architectural projects. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to assist in the design, planning, and execution of projects, ranging from residential homes to large commercial buildings. You will be responsible for supporting various phases of the design process, ensuring that projects meet client needs and comply with all relevant building codes and regulations. You will collaborate with the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to help bring architectural visions to life. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating architectural drawings, plans, and models using Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Revit and other design software.
Support in the development of detailed project layouts, construction documents, and specifications.
Prepare 3D models and visualizations for client presentations and internal review.
Ensure that designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
Collaborate with the project team, including engineers, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure design feasibility.
Participate in site visits to assist in project coordination and ensure that construction aligns with the design intent.
Assist with the preparation of reports, permits, and other project documentation.
Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion and other Rendering Softwares.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or work experience in architecture.
Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion, or similar tools.
