We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 0.5-1 years of experience in IT Recruitment. Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the full-cycle IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with HR manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of Keka Hire will be added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0.5-1 years of experience in IT recruitment role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
