Role & Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives
Working closely with the company's product development team to ensure that the company's jewellery products are competitive and meet the needs of customers.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, including wholesale buyers and retail stores by regular communication with these customers to understand their needs and preferences, as well as negotiating prices and contracts.
Managing the sales team, including setting sales targets and providing guidance and support to team members.
Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and to make informed decisions about the company's sales and marketing efforts
