Pay: ₹9,298.62 - ₹18,500.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and convey product knowledge about diamonds, jewelry styles, and care.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Stay updated on current trends in jewelry and diamonds.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of diamonds and jewelry design is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
