IT Trainer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training programs, helping participants enhance their technical skills and advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Education:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Design and develop comprehensive IT training programs and courses tailored to the needs of different audiences, including corporate clients, professionals, and students.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and online, on a wide range of IT topics such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, and IT infrastructure.
- Create Training Materials: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning content.
- Assess Training Needs: Identify the training needs of participants and customize training programs to address specific requirements and skill gaps.
- Evaluate Performance: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and assessments, and make necessary improvements.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
- Provide Support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to training participants, answering questions and providing additional resources as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
