Job Title: IT Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Personnel to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing
technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating
systems, as well as various applications.
Additionally, the candidate should possess basic knowledge of Linux and Windows
installation and troubleshooting, along with networking skills including LAN
configuration and maintenance for both wired and wireless networks.
A good understanding of TCP/IP protocols and basic IT security principles will be an
added advantage.
Responsibilities:
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows
11 operating systems.
 Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows systems.
 Configure and maintain LAN networks, both wired and wireless.
 Troubleshoot networking issues and implement solutions to ensure network
stability.
 Demonstrate knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and their applications.
 Implement basic IT security measures to protect company Hardware, systems
and data.
 Install and configure system hardware and printers as needed.
 Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
 Provide support for CCTV, video conferencing, and IP-EPBX systems.
 Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
 Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IT technology
platform.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.
 2-3 years of experience in IT support roles.

 Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating
systems and applications.
 Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows installation and troubleshooting.
 Understanding of networking concepts and experience with LAN configuration
and maintenance.
 Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols.
 Knowledge of basic IT security principles.
 Ability to install and configure system hardware and printers.
 Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems and software
applications.
 Experience with CCTV, video conferencing, and IP-EPABX systems will also be
an added advantage.
 Knowledge of programming languages is an added advantage but not
mandatory.
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as a part of
the team.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
