Summary: CIO Content Management Analyst Roles & Responsibilities: -Create, review and publish Support content/articles/webpages for Technology Support. Monitor content usage. -Working with members of the Help Desk, members of advanced support groups, and support personnel to collect and standardize relevant knowledge. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. - Drive incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. - Ensure smooth operation of IT services. - Resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
