Job Description
- Liaison with ALC, LEO regarding the compliance audit
- Workman compensation/ Death claim settlement
- Facility Management such as staff Accommodation, Food , Camp construction
- Under BOCW and factory act arrangement like, Rest Room, Canteen, Uriners, AFIH Doctor.
- Knowledge about Obtaining Contract Labour and BOCW Labour License, WC Policy.
- Monthly sub-contractors compliance register A.B.C.D and Validation of ECR and EPF Challan
