Job Title: Inventory Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the godown and ensuring accurate inventory management, storage, and distribution of agricultural products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the godown, ensuring organized and tidy storage of inventory.

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, updating stock levels in real-time.

• Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Identify and investigate discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and implement inventory management processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the godown.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate/graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience in the agricultural industry or a related field.

• Knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
