Manage the godown, ensuring organized and tidy storage of inventory.
Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records, updating stock levels in real-time.
Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify and investigate discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
Develop and implement inventory management processes and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the godown.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting efficient operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
