Manage the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
Track orders and returns. Process orders and invoices in a timely manner.
Ensure regular and timely billing, respecting month-end closing deadlines. Support inventory readiness and order fulfillment to meet sales requirements.
Prepare and provide documents for import clearance and follow up as needed. Investigate stock and inventory discrepancies, performing random checks and audits, and report findings to management.
Support warehouse operations by organizing and keeping storage areas safe, secure, clean, and tidy. Collaborate with the Inventory & warehouse team and provide support for daily operations.
Provide coverage for tasks and responsibilities as needed and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.
What Experience & Skills Do You Need:
Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or similar.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential. Knowledge of Tally is an advantage.
Previous experience in inventory management or related roles is preferred.
