International Customer Support Executive
Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:
※ *EXCELLENT* communication skills in English with an outstanding level of English vocabulary is a strict requirement
※ The ability to work on Sat/Sun as part of their permanent schedule if or when required, is a strict requirement
※ The ability to work the night-shift if required, is a strict requirement
※ Familiarity with basic computer / office software and phone systems, is a strict requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Customer service (Note: It is always a huge “plus” if the candidate has prior experience in this field)
- Product & Market knowledge
- Basic computing knowledge
- Phone skills, including conflict resolution
- Multi-tasking & Documentation skills
