We are hiring Customer Service Advisor for International Blended Process Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service through Inbound Calls , Email Chat Support
Handle inbound calls of customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
Provide timely resolutions to customer issues and complaints.
· Respond to customer emails and chat inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
Education & Experience:
HSC Plus or Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Fresher can apply OR Minimum [1] years of experience in customer service OR in a BPO.
