Insurance Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating insurance, determining coverage amounts, and processing claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate insurance to determine eligibility and coverage amounts.
Calculate premiums and establish payment methods.
Update and maintain employee records and insurance databases.
Process policy renewals and changes.
Handle policyholder inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions.
Review and process insurance claims.
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as an Insurance Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of various types of insurance policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with insurance management software is a plus.
