Insurance Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating insurance, determining coverage amounts, and processing claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate insurance to determine eligibility and coverage amounts.
- Calculate premiums and establish payment methods.
- Update and maintain employee records and insurance databases.
- Process policy renewals and changes.
- Handle policyholder inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions.
- Review and process insurance claims.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of various types of insurance policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with insurance management software is a plus.
