The role involves working independently to ensure high-quality standards and adhering to workshop safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on industrial components.
- Operate and maintain machinery for lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, and painting.
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with blueprints and safety standards.
- Provide material knowledge and estimate costs for projects.
- Repair and replace defective metal parts and structures.
- Work independently while ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain an organized workspace.
- ITI Certification in Welding or related field.
- 2-3 years of MIG welding experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of machining operations (lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, painting).
- Strong understanding of materials and cost estimation.
- Experience in a workshop environment.
- Proficient in welding and machining.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Industrial environment with exposure to noise, heat, and physical demands.
- May require overtime or weekend work.
Pay: ₹9,115.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
- ITI Welder (Preferred)
