Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our products/services, follow up on leads, and drive sales.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and gather relevant information to generate leads for the sales team.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers to help improve our services and address any issues or concerns..
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal regulations, including data protection and telemarketing guidelines.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
