Hostess
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at Tortoise Livelihood(Zolocrust) in Jaipur. The role involves food preparation, food service, customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of food & beverage services on-site.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Greeting the guests when they enter and leave.
- Answering guest calls/ Instagram queries and closing sale.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
- Manage reservations.
- Seating the customers at their seats or waiting at the lobby (manage wait-list) and ensuring they are comfortable.
- Communicating wait times to guests.
- Accommodating the customer’s requests as much as possible and permissible by the rules and policies of the restaurant.
- Take feedback from guests.
- Engaging with guests while they are waiting.
- Addressing any queries or complaints and resolving it efficiently.
- Ensuring adequate number of team members are available in the guest area.
- Helping with table clearance and service (if needed).
- Have good knowledge of the menu and specials.
- Maintain a clean reception area.
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly).
- Food Preparation and Food Service skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with food and beverage in a professional setting
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
