Hospitality Trainer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join our CSR skill centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required for various roles within the hospitality sector.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join our CSR skill centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required for various roles within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive hospitality training programs, including but not limited to customer service, food and beverage service, housekeeping, front office operations, and hospitality management.
- Create engaging training materials and modules that cater to diverse learning styles and educational backgrounds.
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience and a solid understanding of hospitality standards and practices.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees, helping them to improve and achieve their full potential.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the training curriculum and outcomes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Vasco, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
