We are currently seeking experienced Home Care Nurses (BSc/GN and ANM), both male and female, who are self-motivated and possess the required skills to join our team. The role involves providing home-based care on a 24/7 basis, as well as part-time opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to seniors and individuals with various medical conditions.
- Deliver expert care in managing palliative care patients' physical symptoms, including pain, nausea, shortness of breath, fatigue, and other discomforts.
- Administer medications and adjust treatments according to patient needs and care plans.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as required.
- Adjust medical equipment as necessary, and interpret and record vital measurements.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any adverse reactions to medications.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including showering, toileting, and feeding.
- Support clients with medication administration.
- Help clients enhance their independent living skills.
- Assist with hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.
- Provide aid with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and their families.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting in compliance with procedures.
- Uphold and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.
- Nursing degree – BSc, GN, or ANM
- At least one year of experience in home care
- Selected candidates will be required to work 24/7 shifts or part-time shifts, with mandatory rest periods after completing the induction process.
- Willingness to travel and work in various cities across Kerala.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
