Position : Slate Family Ambassador
Salary: ₹5,00,000 per annum
Role:
•⁠ ⁠Communicate Slate's philosophy and methodology to prospective parents
•⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with aspiring families
•⁠ ⁠Represent Slate's values and vision
•⁠ ⁠Handle telephonic calls, email inquiries, and Whats App chats
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to articulate complex ideas simply
•⁠ ⁠Passion for education and child development
Selection Process:
1.⁠ ⁠Resume Screening
2.⁠ ⁠First Round Interview (communication skills, personality)
3.⁠ ⁠Literature Review and Internalization (3-5 days)
- Read, understand, and internalize Slate's philosophy literature
4.⁠ ⁠Second and Final Round Interview
