Hiring for UI/UX Designer
- Conceptualize and Create Intuitive, Engaging, and Brand-Consistent Web Experiences:
- Develop and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients.
- Continually improve and optimize user interface and user experience for sites.
- Collaborate in Concept Development and Design Ideation Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with software engineers and product managers to implement designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design.
- Develop Wireframes and Prototypes Around Customer Needs:
- Create wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).
- Work with the development team to Explain Design Progress and Implementations:
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards in typography and graphic design.
- Qualifications:
- A portfolio that demonstrates both Java Script proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is a must.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; and Java Script is a plus.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
