Hiring "Executive Assistant" with NMG Technologies
NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Managing Director Office’s team for which an Executive Assistant has a critical role. You will be responsible for:
Managing as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Managing executives’ calendars, set up meetings and handling correspondence directed to managers.
Liaising with internal staff at all levels.
Taking minutes during meetings.
Screening and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Receiving and interact with incoming visitors.
Interacting with external clients.
Supervising, coaching, and training admin staff.
Preparing reports for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Handling confidential information; organizing and maintaining files.
Required Candidate Skills:
Experience with handling confidential information.
Hands on experience with MS Excel, Power Point, and One Note.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
BA, BA Hons, or relevant degree.
Preferred Skills:
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
