Marketing Dime is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of creative assets for our marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website elements, and video content.

Marketing Dime is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of creative assets for our marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website elements, and video content.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various marketing initiatives (e.g., social media graphics, presentations, email marketing materials, website banners, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and consistent with brand guidelines
- Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
- Video Editing:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various marketing channels (e.g., social media videos, explainer videos, product demos)
- Work with videographers and other team members to ensure a smooth production process
- Edit video footage, add graphics, transitions, and sound effects
- Ensure excellent video and audio quality
- Manage and optimize video content for different online platforms
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with marketing principles and best practices (a plus)
