Our dynamic team of creatives works closely with clients to bring their brand visions to life. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our creative team and contribute to various advertising projects. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design: Develop high-quality visuals and creative designs for a wide range of advertising materials, including print, digital, social media, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
Branding: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all deliverables while maintaining creativity.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and other team members to create visually compelling advertising campaigns that effectively communicate the client’s message.
Visual Storytelling: Translate concepts into engaging visuals that convey the brand message clearly and persuasively.
UI/UX Design: Assist in the design of web-based and app-based interfaces, focusing on user-centered designs that enhance customer experience.
Pre-Press and Print Production: Prepare final files for print production, ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and technical specifications are met.
Client Presentations: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present design concepts, and refine work based on feedback.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, software, and design practices to maintain cutting-edge design solutions.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs while adhering to project deadlines.
Revision Management: Respond promptly to feedback and revisions while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the advertising, media, or marketing industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Corel DRAW.
Typography & Color Theory: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to develop original, creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Digital Design Skills: Proficiency in designing for digital platforms, including social media ads, web banners, email templates, and landing pages.
Knowledge of Branding: Experience in developing branding materials, logos, and corporate identities.
Pre-Press Knowledge: Familiarity with preparing files for printing and understanding various printing processes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design ideas and concepts to team members and clients.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free, high-quality work.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
