Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce various marketing materials, such as social media posts, digital advertisements, email templates, website graphics, and print media.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in developing concepts, brainstorming new design ideas, and suggesting creative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and industry standards to continually enhance the effectiveness of visual assets.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback from the team and other departments.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- 0 to 1 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) and Canva.
- A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate concepts into effective designs.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and past projects (please include a link or attach samples with your application).
- Laptop with necessary design software is mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
