Job brief Candidate must be from Training / Translator / Documentation / Recruitment Agency / Firm with 3 to 5 years of experience in Japanese Language Training (N4) / Translator and Counsellor / Business Development Executive Search Positions. Successful candidate will be responsible for building the business in Japan, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads. The candidate is expected to conduct regular face-to-face meetings with the clients and undertake networking activities and candidates. Therefore, the successful candidate is expected to be presentable, costumer focused, and possess excellent communication skills and a professional manners. Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
Impart language training to the candidates and does the counselling
Take care of the translation, documentation and interpretation
Assist the director in day to day basis
Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist
Develop and execute a personal strategy to grow long term business, achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals
Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions
Lead landscape analysis and relationship building for new partnerships
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally regarding product strategy, market trend, technology and pricing with the intent of driving business expansion
Professionally present a candidate shortlist to the client
Requirements and skills
3 to 5 years of experience in similar field (Training of Japanese language and counselling of candidates and interaction with the clients)
Proven results in training, counselling, translation, documentation, onboarding partners, and managing/optimizing ongoing relationships
A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
Well organised, Presentable and confident
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or elated field
