As a Graphic Designer at Metis Learning, you will play a key role in the conceptualization and creation of visual assets for our brands, Einstein Box and Doctor Jupiter. You will work closely with our product development team and brand designers to design packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials that effectively communicate the educational value and appeal of our toys.

Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Metis Learning, you will play a key role in the conceptualization and creation of visual assets for our brands, Einstein Box and Doctor Jupiter. Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with product goals and brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new product concepts and marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and sales materials for retail partners and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven 2+ Years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a consumer products or toy company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and proficiency in layout, typography, color theory, and sketching.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design requirements is a plus.
