We are a leading manufacturer and retailer of a wide range of bakery items, catering to the discerning tastes of our customers. In addition to our bakery operations, we also operate a renowned restaurant. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we're looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team!
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually appealing and innovative designs across various mediums. Responsibilities:
Office Timing - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Office Location - 4th Floor, Oplus Cowork, RK Niwas, Rupaspur, Bailey Road, Patna - 801503, Bihar.
Salary – Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 18,000
Paid Sick Leave or Paid Leave will be given.
Transportation allowance will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Generate creative ideas and translate them into visually stunning designs, including graphics, banners, social media content, promotional materials, packaging etc.
- Possess the ability to edit templates swiftly without compromising on quality, meeting project timelines and expectations.
- Capture and create compelling photo and video content, crafting influencer-style videos that resonate with our audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Proficiently handle the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos and animations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach in design projects.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Figma, Sketch). Photoshop is mandatory.
- Understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
- Fast and efficient template editing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and design tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field (optional but preferred).
