Delivery Person
As a Delivery Boy at OCB Cakes, you will be responsible for ensuring that our premium bakery products are delivered to customers promptly and professionally. Your role will involve handling deliveries, maintaining delivery records, and providing exceptional customer service. Your efficiency and reliability will contribute to our reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Additional incentives will be provided for achieving delivery targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Extra payment will be given for per timely and proper delivery.
Job Timing - 10 am - 9 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely Deliveries:
- Deliver bakery products to customers within the specified time frame.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Ensure products are handled with care to maintain their quality and presentation.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery times, customer interactions, and any issues encountered.
- Collect payment from customers when necessary and handle transactions securely.
- Adherence to Protocols:
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, during deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Higher Secondary Education (12th Intermediate) or above.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of local streets and routes in Patna.
- Physical ability to lift and carry bakery products as required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
