Key Responsibilities: Design and create purposeful media, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and website elements embodying the brand's essence. Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure that design concepts and deliverables are aligned with the overall brand strategy and project objectives. Approach each project with a focus on conscious creativity, considering the broader impact of design decisions on the community, the brand, and the planet, while maintaining ethical design practices. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality or creativity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work in branding, digital, and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition. Ability to effectively manage time and work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
