Key Responsibilities: North Bound Studios : Careers Qualifications: Preferred Skills: Looking for someone who is: Design multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. Have an iterative approach to work, are able to take feedback openly and implement the same on a timely basis. This isn’t just about visual design. It’s about problem solving and understanding the business problem - and then leveraging your design skills to respond effectively to the brief. Your approach needs to be strategic, backed by research and an in depth understanding of the context. Know your brief well and adapt your style with every project. We work with a wide variety of brands and categories, ensure the highest quality and consistency in visual & tonal communication across the brand. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Branding, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Brand Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand design work. Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate concepts into visual designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), and other relevant design tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design ideas and solutions. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
